Bottom Valve (Emergency Shut Off Valve) Introductionn

Expertly installed at the bottom of the tanker, this valve boasts a disc sealed within. Its body is designed with a self-cut groove, ensuring that in the unfortunate event of accidental damage, the external housing seamlessly detaches from the self-cut groove. This leaves the connection to the valve tank mounting flange secure, maintaining the integrity of the tank's bottom valve sealing mechanism. As a result, it effectively safeguards the tanker against leaks, thereby ensuring transportation safety. Versatile in application, it is ideal for use with water, diesel, petrol, and other light fuels.

If the pneumatic switch fails to open, the valve can be manually operated via the mechanical switch.
5. Automatic Closure Mechanism
When subjected to a temperature increase to 75ºC±5ºC,during operation, it is designed to automatically close using the fusible element for enhanced safety.
